Samsung UE32D5700 Smart tv rebooting continuously

i want to share with you this experience , smart led tv Samsung reboot continuously without stop .

don't need to change all mainboard ,we just remove ic nand flash and change it with new one , 

before that you need to re-programming the ic and solder it in mainboard .
