i want to share with you this experience , smart led tv Samsung reboot continuously without stop .

don't need to change all mainboard ,we just remove ic nand flash and change it with new one , 

before that you need to re-programming the ic and solder it in mainboard .

I wrote a simple script that will delete the security PASSWORD for most Win CE based F, Z, and X series units. Today we try To reset the radio navigator Pioneer AVIC-F980BT. see the video for more detail. instructions:  Extract Testmode_a.key to an empty, formatted usb (fat32). While the unit is ON, pop in the stick in USB1. The unit will auto reboot, into test mode. Perform Initialize To Factory Defaults. The screen will go blue, then reboot.
