LG 32PC51 Tv not working - green light blinking - flashing VCT7993P SOLVED!!
LG 32PC51 Tv not working just green light blinking. Measurements of voltages on the lane showed the presence of 5 volts of standby mode, 3.3 and 1.8 volts were also present. the TV is due to the failure of the internal flash software VCT7993P.. For reading and writing, we used "POSTAL3". The connection was made to resistors R555 (SDA pin 84) and R556 (SCL pin 83). Problems during the firmware did not arise. By the time the process of reading and verification took about 15-20 minutes, the recording lasted as much. Flash software update VCT7993P was successful.
