Samsung UA40EH5000 Weltrend ic WT61P807 programming with rt809 programmer

Samsung UA40EH5000 no power no standby the tv is off .

changing capacitor 47uf /200v on the power supply.

then found ic wt61p80 shorting on pin 1 .

then checking regulator ic202 is shorting, change it with ic 1117 3.3volt.

after that must reprogram the ic wt61p80 with a good bin file.
